I started looking for a reasonably priced apartment in Nice last year. I rang up Abitan as I saw a property that interested me. I was introduced to Keely who is one of the property agents in the company. Whilst speaking fluent French she is English and therefore communication was not an issue. I explained to her my requirements and within a month she got back to me to say that a property had just come onto the market that she thought would suit me. This turned out to be correct - I took ownership in December. I would have no hesitation in recommending this agency and in particular Keely ; She is genuine , really helpful , nothing is too much trouble and since I purchased she continues to help me. She always has a smile on her face and I feel that I could always go to her / anybody at the agency with any problems I encounter with my apartment. The service was better than I could I have hoped for - I probably would not have purchased yet without Keely’s guidance and support and most importantly the sense of trust she gives you. As I said there are some great people in the agency - Fabian is one of Keely’s colleagues and she is brilliant too. In summary I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to instruct them to help me sell or buy again in Nice Indietro
